Amdocs, NVIDIA and Microsoft Azure build custom LLMs for telcos

Amdocs has partnered with NVIDIA and Microsoft Azure to create custom Large Language Models (LLMs) for the $1.7 trillion global telecoms industry. The partnership aims to meet the growing demand for data processing and analysis in the sector, which processes hundreds of petabytes of data daily. NVIDIA's AI foundry service, including NVIDIA AI Foundation Models, NeMo framework, and DGX Cloud AI supercomputing, will be used to develop enterprise-grade LLMs for the telco and media industries. The collaboration will focus on customer care and network operations.
